Paper Recycling Program PDF Print E-mail

In case you haven’t noticed, there is a new PAPER recycling bin located in the south west corner of the City Hall Parking lot and another at the Fire Station on the south end.

Now you can recycle most of the paper products you have been placing in your trash containers.  Approved items include:

Corrugated Cardboard boxes

Flat cardboard (e.g.; cereal boxes and the cardboard folded in new shirts)

Phone books

Newspaper

Magazines

Junk mail

Office paper

File folders

Soft cover books

Wrapping paper

Brown grocery bags

No paper that has been contaminated by food waste is allowed.  These would include: used paper coffee cups, French fry boxes, paper used to wrap sandwiches or milk cartons.
