Planning and Zoning Board The Planning and Zoning Board, created pursuant to the City of Port Richey Charter, has been designated to act in an advisory capacity to the City council on questions relating to zoning and on matters of proposals to change zoning regulations, and to report its findings and recommendations to the City Council. To assume all of the duties and responsibilities previously assigned by the Charter to the Annexation Board. Pursue the logical annexation of contiguous lands and develop an annexation timetable and five (5) year plan. |
