City of Port Richey Toilet Rebate Program
The City of Port Richey has partnered with The Southwest Florida Water Management District to encourage residents to install low-flow toilets in their homes through a Toilet Rebate Program. The City will offer up to a $100 rebate on the utility bill when residents replace inefficient toilets with low-flow models. Low-flow toilets can help residents lower their overall water usage and utility bill. This program applies to residential customers of the City of Port Richey's Utility Service. The residence must be built prior to 1995. The rebates are available for single family residences. HET toilets must be ANSI certified to use 1.28 gallons or less per flush. To find out more information, please contact the Utility Department at 835-1219. Please call to qualify before installation.
